Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made via our website or official platforms in Malaysia. We strive to ensure you’re delighted with your order. If unsatisfied, we accept returns for refund, exchange, or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are in their original, unopened, unused, and undamaged condition. Sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable.

 

1) Customers may request a refund if the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
2) Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product, with proof of purchase and product condition.
3) Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days.
4) Shipping costs for returns will be borne by customer unless the return is due to our error.
